(1) Civil servants can voluntarily contribute at least one hundred rupees to the fund from their salary every year in the month of Shravan.
(2) The amount deposited in the central level office as per sub-rule (1) shall be deposited in the account as per sub-rule (4) of rule 3.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), the amount deposited in the district level offices shall be kept in a non-operating account in a licensed "A" class bank in accordance with the prevailing laws regarding banks and financial institutions designated by the respective district committee.
(4) The Office of the Controller of Finance and Accounts of the concerned district shall make necessary arrangements regarding depositing the amount collected under sub-rule (2) or (3) in the account under sub-rule (4) of rule 3 of the fund.
(5) According to sub-rule (4), the details of the amount collected shall be given by the central body to the central committee and the district office to the respective district committee.
